This deposit goes toward your total service. Grace Period There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service total. • If you reschedule instead of canceling same-day, the fee is reduced to $20. Rescheduling Policy If you reschedule more than 3 times in a row, your 4th reschedule will require full payment in advance.
